Welcome to a Wild Sunset plus moonrise Yoga session! 

We gather on the sand of East Beach, tide permitting, and on the grass if not, near the public restrooms where Calle Ceasar Chavez meets Cabrillo Blvd.
BYO yoga mat, water, props you like to use, comfy clothes and warm things to layer, and maybe a warm beverage if you'd like to stay cozy 😊

We'll enjoy a sunset view of the ocean and have a nice winding-down practice to end the workweek on a good note. Hope to see you in the Wild!
