We gather once again at La Mesa Park. Its chilly out and this will be a really slow, internal-diving flow to connect with the breath and the center. Accompanying the flow will be the sweet musical stylings of Mendeleyev sharing his Yoguitar style.

We'll gather in the big green area close to the bridge. BYO mat, blankets, water, props and comfy clothes, as well as a warm beverage in case it gets chilly. And with the rain coming pretty regularly, be prepared for weather events with a fresh change of clothing.
