Join me in Nevada City at The Gaia Gathering (tickets are still available!) where I will lead Partner Massage for Menstruation, a reciprocated breath, acupressure and massage workshop for partners, Mothers and daughters, friends, and couples to learn tools and skills necessary for providing pain relief for the women they love — who also bleed every month.

Using the centuries-old knowledge of healing touch and the sacred practice of listening and connection we will share deeply bonding time learning to address the challenging symptoms that can arise before and during menstruation.

Any male partners will also gain the benefit of these deeply healing hip-focused movements. This workshop is for ALL partners, regardless of gender (as long as one of the partners bleeds) or kind of relationships (it’s chill to bring your bff too). Come join us in sharing the love.
