Hallowed Grounds is a local Venice space dedicated to Breathwork and the healing arts. I'll be bringing my advanced level Breath Journey there ahead of the Solar Eclipse to prepare you to face the darkness within. Shadow Work is a complex and nuanced practice wherein we come into deeper connection with that which we shun within ourselves. We will take this time to dig into the shape and texture of those aspects within ourselves, and breathe light through them, giving them a chance to evolve and grow up.
