Breath Church is hosted in the iconic Labyrinth Room at Into Me Sea every Sunday. In this class, we access the most fundamental tool of self healing we have as humans, the breath while communing with our soulful origin point and individual higher power.

Throughout our regular meetings we will take time to learn fundamentals techniques and develop our awareness of the physical aspects of breath mechanics. This supports us is in elevating our advanced level breath practice, which in turn allows us to access deeper spaces within ourselves during the Journey. In doing so we forge a meaningful relationship to the body, our internal environment, and to our higher power through the vehicle of the breath.
